We will always endeavour to deliver your flowers within the proposed allocated time slot and in perfect condition, however AM and PM deliveries cannot always be guaranteed, due to the volume of work that day. i.e Funeral work will take priority, we will do our best at all times.  If the recipient is not at the address when our drivers try to deliver, a card will be left with contact numbers to ring for re-scheduling the delivery. After 2 failed delivery attempts a re-delivery charge of £8 will apply. Kendalls Florist will not be held responsible for delivery of goods to incorrect addresses. You must check the delivery details when making your order so that we can provide the best service.
